These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of HeartMatching. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use HeartMatching. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Your account
HeartMatching uses passwordless sign-in. Keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misrepresent yourself, harass other members, upload content you do not have rights to, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. You agree to follow our Community Standards.
Payments
Creating a profile and browsing are free. Card confirmation is optional and free. Messaging is unlocked with a single one-time payment of A$19, which requires your explicit approval. We never charge your card automatically. Refunds are handled under our Payment & Refund Policy.
No guarantee
HeartMatching helps you discover and connect with people. We do not guarantee compatibility, outcomes or that any connection will be made. Profile information is provided by members.
Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or our Community Standards. You may delete your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
